Privacy policy

We only ask for what we need to tell you about the launch of seny N°01. Here we explain what we do with your data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

02What data we collect

  • If you join the waitlist: your email address, the language of the page you signed up from and, if you tell us, your preferred finish.
  • Like any website, the server may log technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser, for security reasons.

We do not ask for sensitive data or build profiles.

03What we use it for

  • To send you one email on the launch day of seny N°01. Not a single message more.
  • To find out, in aggregate, which finish people prefer.
  • To keep the website secure and running properly.

We do not make automated decisions with your data.

04Legal basis

  • Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything done before.
  • For technical connection data, our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

05How long we keep it

Until we send you the launch email and, at most, twelve months after you sign up. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

06Who has access

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To host the website and receive the form we use Netlify, Inc., acting as our data processor. Netlify is based in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection for these transfers.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to us at info@seny.es and tell us what you need.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

08Minors

You must be at least 14 years old to join the list.

09Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. It only stores two technical preferences in your browser, which never leave your device:

  • seny:intro: remembers that you have already seen the opening animation. It is deleted when you close the tab.
  • seny:acabat: remembers the finish you chose in the poll.

You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

10Changes to this policy

If we update it, we will say so on this page with the new date.
